Given HP’s wide product range, multiple financing partners, and ever-evolving policy documents, there is a clear need for a conversational AI assistant trained on the knowledge bank of consumer financing offers and policies that can answer finance related queries instantly and accurately, reducing operational bottlenecks, accelerating sales cycle and increasing partner and consumer experience.

7. Implementation and system configuration period:
